Hooman Sedighi, M.D. | General Partner, President is responsible for the oversight of the strategic planning and development of GLOBALREHAB.
A physician for more than 20 years, Dr. Sedighi is double boarded by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine. Dr. Sedighi has served as Medical Director for multiple Rehabilitation Hospitals including specialty programs in Traumatic Brain Injury and Functional Restoration and has provided leadership to Rehabilitation Services programs in Long Term Acute Care Hospitals. He also serves on the National Board of Directors for the Physician Hospitals of America, an organization that offers support, advocacy and educational services to the physician owned hospital industry. His private practice includes specialty practice in Pain Management in addition to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services.
Dr. Sedighi has a double Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry from Indiana University and received his Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine.
In his role as CEO for GLOBALREHAB, Dr. Sedighi provides vision and leadership to assure successful growth and development of the company while assuring the delivery of high quality, cost effective and outcome based care.
Angie Phillips, PT | Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer has over 30 years experience as a clinician, leader, educator and consultant with a focus on rehabilitation services. Prior to joining GLOBALREHAB, Ms. Phillips worked primarily as a consultant to the rehabilitation industry and was recognized as a leader in consultative services to Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities. She has served in leadership roles in acute hospital rehabilitation management and as a CEO in rehabilitation and long term acute care hospitals.
Ms. Phillips received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Biology and a Graduate Certification in Physical Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania. She has served in a national role as the Vice President of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Section on Health Policy and Administration and is the author of numerous articles on leadership in rehabilitation.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Phillips will be responsible for the overall operations of GLOBALREHAB hospitals.
Rob Tyler | Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer has 30 plus years experience in financial management demonstrating a strong track record of successful leadership in a variety of healthcare settings including acute hospitals, long term acute care, rehabilitation hospitals and pharmacy.
Mr. Tyler received his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southwest Texas State University. He has served on numerous statewide committees including the Medicaid Rules and Executive committee of Chief Executive Officers Consortium, Board of Directors of the Galveston Chapter of the American Heart Association, and President of the Chief Financial Officers Association of Community Mental health Centers.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Tyler will be responsible for the financial management of all GLOBALREHAB hospitals including organization of all financial systems, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting and reimbursement activities.
Robert L. Frost, MS, MPH,FACHE, RN CRNAC, CRRN | Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer has over 19 years experience in clinical nursing and healthcare leadership. He has extensive experience as a clinical nurse and leader in clinical services including clinical supervision for new start-up and turn around projects. He is a long time member of ARN and has served on the ARN Executive Board. He has served as the President of the Oklahoma Nurses' Association and has severed several terms as a Governor's appointee to the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services.
Mr. Frost holds BS in Nursing from East Central University, a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration, and a Master of Public Health.
As Chief Clinical Officer, Mr. Frost is responsible for overall delivery of clinical services including establishment of an evidence based rehabilitation care delivery model that provides for positive patient outcomes and positive fiscal performance.
